If you experience any technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file, a missing page, or a file that won't open — contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will:

  • Immediately send you a working replacement file
  • Provide a corrected version if there is an error in the pattern
  • Issue a full refund if we are unable to resolve the issue

About Digital Products

Because our patterns are instant digital downloads, the file is delivered to you the moment you complete your purchase. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds simply due to a change of mind once a file has been successfully downloaded.
