As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access all your purchased patterns anytime by logging into your account and visiting the "Downloads" section.

I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@patternquilt.com and we'll resend it right away.

What format are the patterns in?

All patterns are delivered as PDF files, compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader and most PDF viewers on any device (phone, tablet, or computer).

What size paper should I print on?

Our patterns are formatted for standard US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 paper. Printing instructions are included inside each pattern file.

Can I print the pattern at home or at a print shop?

Yes! You can print at home or take the PDF to any local or online print shop. We recommend printing on standard white paper for best results.

Can I sell quilts I make from your patterns?

Yes! You are welcome to sell finished quilts made from our patterns. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital pattern files themselves.

Can I share the pattern with a friend?

Each purchase is a single-user license. Please encourage your friends to purchase their own copy — it helps us continue creating beautiful patterns for you!

What is your return policy?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, your happiness matters to us — if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at support@patternquilt.com and we will do our best to make it right.

What if the pattern has an error or is damaged?

If you receive a file that is corrupted or contains an error, we will immediately send you a corrected version at no charge. Please contact us and include your order number.
